- Can I make last minute reservations?
We will attempt to accomodate all reservations and ask that you contact us by phone to discuss availability. There may be an additional fee required.
- Are you Bonded?
No. Bonding applys to mis-information communicated by Pets and Palaces employees. Pets and Palaces is a sole proprietorship and does not require this type of insurance. All communication is conducted directly with the owners ensuring accuracy.
- Are you licensed and insured?
Not at this time. Given that we provide services in your home, insurance is provided as part of your home owner policy. Licensing in underway with NAPPS.
- Do you run errands while home sitting?
Yes, when defined and agreed upon at contract time.
